In accordance with the Global Magnitsky Human Rights Accountability Act I request you to confiscate all assets and property of the FRG, of the Federal States of Germany and of german citizens, and to put confiscated wealth at my disposal. As justified before , I claim to be owner of the entire german property and total german assets.
