We urge the White House to address the growing problem of "Black Mob" violence that is plaguing the country. These episodes are involving sometimes hundreds of black teens swarming shopping centers and rioting and wreaking havoc of all kinds. We urge the White House to investigate this problem, and address the root cause of the problem, public education and poor upbringing by parents.
