The unemployment rate among African-Americans remains significantly higher than the national average. According to the October jobs report, the unemployment rate for African-Americans was over 14%, nearly a 1 percent increase from September.
The economy needs to be working for everyone, and there is an obvious problem here that isn't being addressed.
