Address the raising of the price of Pyrimethamine (Daraprim) from $13 per tablet to $833 per tablet.

Created by J.M. on September 21, 2015

In 2015 Turing Pharmaceuticals acquired the rights to Daraprim, an 62-year-old drug that is used to fight parasitic infections for both malaria and AIDS.

Since Turing Pharmaceuticals purchased the rights, the cost per pill rose from $13 per pill to over $700 per pill, and pharmacy availability has been limited.

We wish the Executive branch address this abuse of patent law and blatant price gouging of people most in need of this life-saving drug.
