Address school security by utilizing a volunteer force of former military/law enforcement. LUSA, (Let Us Server Again)

Created by C.W. on January 16, 2013

LUSA, (Let Us Serve Again).
Push for a bill that would require companies of 50 or more employees to donate 8 hours per month of employee time to serve as security at local schools. Employees must be former military/law enforcement and would be paid normal wages by their employers for the 8 hours served each month.
This would give a nearly unlimited security force for schools costing the taxpayers nothing for the skilled manpower provided.
All other aspects of the program, from training requirements, background checks, tools, weapons, (if any), to be handled at the state and/or local level.
