Address the senseless murders of Christopher Lane, Delbert Belton, investigate both as hate crimes, hold parents liable.

Delbert Belton and Christopher Lane were brutally and senselessly murdered by violent teens for apparently no reason at all. This is not the kind of America we want to live in, where teens decide to kill innocent people simply because they're bored. Additionally, there was some indication that these men were attacked solely because they're white. These murders should be designated and investigated as hate crimes, and these bad actors should be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law without leniency or regard to extenuating circumstances. Additionally, the parents of these brutal teens should be held liable to the extent possible. It is time for us to return to some standard of accountability, and It is time for this nation to adopt a strict zero tolerance policy for all violent crime.
