address the serious heroin epidemic occuring in our country as if it were chemical warfare...

Created by G.E. on August 05, 2015

The Heroin epidemic is growing not lessening...good treatment programs for those who cannot afford to pay for treatment are needed...suggestion: converting some of the current existing prisons (which already house many addicted persons) and restructuring them into 2 year substance abuse treatment programs to include daily physical activity, 12 step programs, religion options, lifeskills training, vocational training so they can obtain a job when they complete the program..or offer a military 2 year option...a way to pay back for the program and possible jobs training or job subsidies to help the addict obtain employment and any felony charges dropped upon completing program successfully..2 year probation or followup afterwards...open to ages 18 to 60 year olds...hold fundraisers to pay
