Address the severe civil rights violations in criminal justice and application of the death penalty in Caddo Parish, LA.

A recent profile in the New Yorker's July 6th, 2015, issue by Rachel Aviv titled "Revenge Killing" described a frightening and horrific miscarriage of justice towards a single black father, Rodricus Crawford, and the death of his child. The actions of the District Attorney's office, and Dale Cox in particular, highlight severe violations of the defendant's civil rights and the crude and barbaric application of the death penalty. This episode and undoubtedly countless more like it indicate a failure in the fitness of the criminal justice system in Cado Parish, LA, and the necessary remediations of federal investigation and oversight by the US Attorney General.
