Address student loan forgiveness for adults on SSI disability.

Created by M.A. on January 27, 2016

For adults that receive SSI disbility benefits (max is $733.00 a month) paying student loan debt can be financially ruinous. We ask that the President examine the issue of immediate student loan forgiveness for adults receiving SSI. Living solely on SSI is near impossible, adding student loan debt can permanently place financial security out of the reach of disabled Americans. Being disabled is the only minority group that a person can be part of without being born disabled. So the issue of living on SSI and student loan debt can affect any American if they were to become disabled.
