Address TBTF versus Democracy. Should privileged classes exist outside the Rule of Law because they are Too Big To Fail?

Created by K.M. on July 13, 2013

The "Too Big To Fail" scenario is a core philosophy of Wall Street Raiders, Financial Predators, and Corporate Empires. TBTF has been adopted by conservative political groups to provide absolute confidence in agendas of extreme policies and a banner of unity for radicals and hate groups.

TBTF is based on "privileged" classes that exist outside the Democratic Rule of Law because they are too costly to prosecute. Now that TBTF has become the unspoken centerpiece in contemporary politics it presents a direct challenge to core values of our Constitutional Republic, i.e. Rule of Law applies to others - not the privileged. Soon the privileged may control the Rule of Law, resulting in a serious "TBTF versus Democracy" crisis.

Make TBTF a central Administration issue for action and resolution!
