Formally address the Ugandan 'Kill the Gays' bill by either engaging directly with the Ugandan government or pushing the United Nations to create International pressure upon the Ugandan government to halt this obvious form of genocide and violation of basic human rights. If the Ugandan government continues with the bill, halt aid and impose sanctions on the country. With this, grant refugee status to members of the LGBT community fleeing the Ugandan tyranny.
