Address the VW diesel sandal and the damage their vehicles have had on our environment.

Volkswagen has lied to the American people and their customers around the world. They have maliciously cheated the EPA's tests and produced vehicles that are severely harmful to the people and our environment. Instead of innovating with electric, hybrid or other engine technologies VW decided to cut corners at our expense. If we continue to let car companies stall instead of creating more efficient vehicles, generations to come will bare our consequences.
