Address whether Ted Cruz can legally become president due to his birthplace

I want to know whether Ted Cruz can legally become president because his birth certificate states he was born in Canada. Based on your response will there be an altering of the constitution to prevent non citizens from running/not running in the future. A line needs to be drawn to cut out all this political diversion.
