Today, FSU announced a postponement of Jameis Winston's trial till Dec 1. This date allows a decision to be announced the day AFTER the National Championship. Any institution that shamefully puts football ahead of due process should not receive federal money. It is a black mark on our higher institutions of learning. So, I call on you to put public pressure on FSU and the NCAA to move the hearing to a more appropriate time. If this is not allowed, then you should strip the University of the millions of federal dollars it receives.
