Address why the United States is the only industrialized nation that does not mandate paid sick leave for all workers.

America is the only industrialized nation that does not mandate any sort of paid time off for its workforce. Even Japan who is notorious for their extreme work ethic mandates 10 days of vacation yearly for all workers. It is time that America take a look at why this is and change it for the good of all workers in America.
