Addressing Fair Use Under Copyright Law

Recently, Companies have been violating the copyright law of 1976. Under the law, fair use is giving options, parodies, and supporting points without asking. There are people who make content on their favorite movies or tv shows. There are even some people who make a living off of it, like critics. Companies will sniff out that content and block it to say its copyrighted material, but really its under Fair Use and it can't be blocked because its illegal. Companies shouldn't be the ones making the decisions, it the American People. And really, we promote the companies product. And blocking it is bad for business and bad for the person who made the content. All we are asking is that the Companies follow the Copyright Law of 1976 and any Copyright law out there to stop blocking the content
