Address/Repeal the requirement for employers to offer healthcare for employees who work over 30 hours a week

In the working class of the United States, many part time students/workers or employees are being snubbed by the new healthcare policies being applied to part time employees who work over 30 hours a week. The policy requires all companies to offer healthcare to employees who work more than 30 hours a week. To avoid this, most companies, such as Food Lion LLC, are cutting their part time help, giving people who were used to paychecks upwards of 32-36 hours a week, a pay cut down to no more than 28 hours. Many employees would rather keep their jobs than accept healthcare. This hurts both employers and employees, the employer tends to lose "good help", and is forced to replace them with "all they can find" employees. This is a flawed policy which should be repealed and done away with for good
