Adhere to the 14th Amendment's Equal Protection of the Law and the 2nd Amendment's right to own and bear arms.

It is hereby petitioners opinion that since the National Government is willing to finance the rights of some by funding organizations that, and mandating health insurance to cover a "woman's right to choose" that under the 2nd and 14th Amendments that the government also finance and fund a citizen's right to own and bear arms.
We hereby petition the government for a program that distributes free firearms to all citizens who so choose to own and bear firearms. This shall also include proper training and instruction courses on safety and proper use of firearms and the financial costs of the licenses associated with the ownership, carrying of and use of firearms.
Should the government decide to fund one private right of an individual, it must fund all private rights of all individuals
