Strike down talk for re-vamped gun controll laws in the same way the petitions for states seccesions were, The constitution says that states do not hold the power to leave the union the same way it states that the law abiding citizens of this nation do have the right to own firearms. The answers to the tragedies that have struck our country do not lie in restricting freedoms, but instead being more focused on our youth. For anyone to believe that they have the intellectual superiority to change the laws and liberties that our forefathers left for us, the constitution that made this nation great and that our ancestors have fought and died for, is simply wrong and arrogant. Please uphold our constitution and keep this country great and free.
