Adhere to Federal Budget Legislation Law (31 U.S.C. 1105 (a))

We the People of the Federal Republic of the United States request the Federal Budget Legislation Law be enforced faithfully and true upon the President and the Acting Congess.
The President and the Congress to forfeit ALL pay and allowances if no fully passed Budget by April 15 of each year in accordance with 31 U.S.C. 1105 (a) as required to be submitted by the President and approved by the congess. No back pay is to be approved/rendered under any circumstances to any of the above mentioned members.
