In regarding all laws and policies, Any and all that do not 100% represent life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness should be null and void, and again, any and laws or policies or reforms, considered in the future, should be checked if it is indeed violating either of those three. We do not need big brother, we do not need a gentle guiding government hand. We should be free to live and to be happy, without conflicting government intervention. If an action, feeling, or expression does not violate any one else's rights, it should be legal. If i want to drink the largest soft drink in the world, it is my right to do so, If a man wants to smoke marijuana in his own home, it is his right to do so. If i want to have a garden instead of a front lawn, I again, have the right to do so.
