WHEREAS, the right to assemble together with the aim of addressing issues of common concern is a human right; and
WHEREAS, a parliamentary assembly organized under Title 5 USC §104 as an Independent Establishment of the Federal Government is protected from federal interference under the 1st Amendment; and
WHEREAS, Congress does not possess the power to abridge an expression of public will; and
WHEREAS, Congress is required to call an Article V Convention when 2/3 of the States have applied for one and this threshold has been reached for quite some time;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, WE the undersigned petition for the Establishment of the National General Assembly of the United States in order to secure administrative authority and conservatorship of the Article V Convention.
