Currently we are losing our constitutional rights through mass "terms and conditions". To give two examples our right to trial by jury "arbitration" and your right to privacy. Most people do not even have the slightest clue on how to understand these terms and conditions, and yet they lose rights by simply using a program or opening a package. Some of these are setup to where you do not even know you have agreed to anything, but still lose rights like these. This needs to be addressed. We cannot let corporate America take over our rights like this, or force us into contracts we do not know about. There are so many of these now that it is impossible to read all of them. Every time you open a new webpage you have a new 20 page document to read. We need limitations on these.
