adjust every elected federal official's retirement, medical & pay scales to that of higher end middle class American.

I petition the White House to amend their pay scales, retirement benefits, and medical insurance to be more in line with the higher end middle class American. Retirement pay should be paid from and or 401k's/SSI (which should keep their hands off future borrowing from the SSI fund) rates for that income bracket. In addition to retirement pay, all federally elected officials' health insurance shall be covered by Medicare/Medicaid to include copays, family rates and Provider availability. Finally, if the Senate or House walks out on negotiations, they shall forfeit all pay and allowances for that time period. No average working American can not expect to walk away from their jobs because of disagreements and still expect to get paid or even retain their job if they do.
