Enact legislation that will do the following:
1) Freeze all legislative and executive branch salaries at current levels until such time as budgetary and fiscal issues can be resolved.
2) Require all legislative and executive branch elected officials to contribute to, and participate in, retirement plans that are equal to what their constituents participate in.
3) Require all legislative and executive branch elected officials contribute to and utilize the same health care system as everyone else.
4) Remove the ability for all elected officials to receive full retirement benefits after a single term and require them to serve at least four consecutive terms before being eligible for full pension benefits.
