Adjust national drivers training and requirements.

With the rise in fuel prices within the last decade there has been a drastic increase in the amount of motorcycle riders within the US. Due to this rise there has been significantly more fatalities of riders. To help combat this we would like th e Federal Goverment to require all States to mandate Motorcycle Awareness Training for all persons requesting a Drivers Liscense. In 2011 alone 49% of fatal motorcycle crashes involved impact with a second vehicle that's a total of 1,998 deaths. Of that 38% (757) were while the motorcycle rider was going straight and the other vehcile was turning left. If the vehicle driving population was taught to be more aware of motorcycles these numbers can be significantly reduced.
