In 1954 Eisenhower officially changed the Pledge of Allegiance to include the words "under God", this violates the Constitution of the United States and alienates a large population of Americans.
Please remove the words "under God" and reinstate the pre-1954 Pledge of Allegiance.
"I pledge allegiance to the Flag of the United States of America, and to the republic for which it stands; one Nation indivisible with liberty and justice for all."
