Administer regular behind-the-wheel driving examinations every 10 years after obtaining a license

Every 10 years after obtaining a driver's license, citizens should retake the exam in order to prove they are still able to safely drive on our roads. This will not only keep the roads safer but will actually help to keep citizens more up to date on the current traffic laws. There are a growing number of automobile accidents and this could potentially save life's by ensuring drivers are able to properly operate an automobile.
