This petition is to have the President authorize an immediate, and mandatory Surprise, Urinalysis to all members of Congress, and their staff. The Justice Department could draft a legal theory, similar to the memo found justifying the use of drones against Americans.
It is a matter of Homeland Security, that our Elected officials be free of any and all illegal drugs.
Solid Leaders lead from the front. Any Congressional member who tests positive for an Illicit Substance should be forced to explain, on National Television, the belief they must have, that the law does not apply to them. They should also forfeit their pension plans.
