We petition for the legalization of suicide kits on a federal level. Everyone has the right to terminate their life if they desire.Under this legalization people with at least 25 years of age would be able to buy these kits. A Dartmouth College study showed that at the age of 25+ years, once the brain is fully developed, they exhibit the following behaviors more consistently: Decision making, Use of appropriate judgment, Rational thinking, Integration of emotion & critical thinking, Ability to think clearly about long-term outcomes that stem from behaviors.Those whom request a kit will need consent of a family member and/or spouse. If a person under the age of 25 wishes to request a said kit, they will be able to if they have a terminal illness and consent of a spouse and/or family member.
