The Obama Administration and Congress should investigate mortgage refinancing corruption and unfair practices specifically pertaining to Wells Fargo Home Mortgage regarding breaches of contract (acceleration of mortgage payments when no modification refinancing contract was executed by the borrower), the proposed stipulation in the modification contract by lender that borrower waives their right to participate in the Making Homes Affordable Program and further, not applying borrower's monthly mortgage payment thereby causing borrower's mortgage to be in default and forcing foreclosures with respect to VA home loans guaranteed by the Federal government.
