The US government needs to admit that it secretly governs Australia and Canada - even to the point of conducting NSA surveillance of their citizens without their right to equal representation. It is time to admit these States are 'protectorates' and allow Canadian and Australian citizens to run for President and Vote in US Presidential Elections.
