To avoid Impeachment and Criminal charges, President Barack Hussein Obama should resign from office.
We allege that Mr. Obama has lied, not only to the American people, but to certain and several members of the United States Congress concerning the Affordable Care Act.
Mr. Obama has also abdicated, AND arrogated the responsibilities of his office by creating amendments to existing law (Created by Congress) which is not within his Constitutional authority to do.
Mr. Obama has, by these multiple aforementioned actions, caused financial injury to millions of American citizens as well as putting tens of thousands of Americans in peril of their lives.
If President Barack Hussein Obama refuses to resign from office, then we implore the House of Representatives to begin impeachment
