Explain to the public the difference between a cell tower and an E.L.F. (extremely low frequency) tower and why they are being put up within 3.5 miles of each other not only across the most populated places (cities) in the United States, but across the world. These E.L.F.s use a frequency of 0 - 300 hrtz, too low for ANY MEANS OF COMMUNICATION TO BE CARRIED BY IT. Why are these suddenly on government buildings and poles along all the MAJOR highways in the U.S. ? These frequencies are scientifically proven to cause horrible effects on living organisms.
