You says : "sometimes the European response here is more commercially driven than anything else." and also : "We have owned the Internet. Our companies have created it, expanded it, perfected it in ways that they can’t compete. And oftentimes what is portrayed as high-minded positions on issues sometimes is just designed to carve out some of their commercial interests."
So we ask you to admit that Internet is not an American property, that Internet is not a commercial space.
We ask you to say : Internet is not the property of anyone. It's a freedom space that allow citizen of USA, EU, and all the world to talk freely.
