admit publicly that SS and Medicare Trust funds have been raided by congress and that a surplus exists in these trusts.

Created by K.B. on November 11, 2012

The Social Security and Medicare Trust Funds have a surplus, yet congress continues to refer to them as entitlement programs and a major portion of the budget. Congress has borrowed the 6-7 trillion dollars from the trust fund and continually has to borrow to pay "current benefits" and interest.

The FED, an NGE, is paid a 6% fee to manage this money that is earning 1%, then we decide that we should have a tax holiday on witholding further reducing contributions into these trust funds,

You really don't have to be a math wizard or a member of MENSA to figure out what is happening and why.
