On November 6th, 2012, President Obama stated that their would be a referendum that the People of Puerto Rico would vote on either statehood, free association, or become it's own country, or stay a territory. Over 50 percent voted on statehood. So what happened? Why hasn't anyone in the administration admit Puerto Rico?
