The present administration anounced this morning that they will support legislation to restrict certain classes of firearms and magazines from ownership by private citizens. The 2nd Amendment has already been defined by the Supreme Court. Yet this administration intends to INFRINGE upon the People's 2nd Amendment rights under the Constitution. This is in serious violation of all Federal Oaths of Office and an obvious attempt to subjugate the People of the United States. Without the 2nd Amendment, no other part of the Constitution can be enforced by "We the People".
