The war crimes of Unit 731, a Japanese research facility located in Manchuria, were left unanswered due to the US Government's belief that the scientific and medical research from the research (which included contaminating local villages with bubonic plague, mass shootings and live vivisections without anaesthetic) was more important than the perpetrators of the crime being punished.
This petition and those who sign it would like the US Government to admit its part in the atrocities at Unit 731, and to help to compensate the victims.
