It is the intent of the Ukraine government to exterminate the pro russian majority population in the donetsk region. It is unacceptable for the usa and the Obama administration to condone genocide in its efforts to break up the Russian bloc.
The Obama administration must be charged with conspiracy to genocide for its foreign policy choices.
