AmeriCareToday or ACT brings the generations together across social/economic/political lines, and begins restoring middle class working Americans, their families, and the communities they call home. ACT has been endorsed by Judge Ray Holbrook, the Texas Judge instrumental in developing the Galveston retirement plan in the early 80s. With job creation being the hue and cry of both poltical parties, the ACT plan will create millions of local jobs, and at the same time fund new ICIRAs for millions of working Americans.
