This petition is for commercial class drivers in California. This specific petition will adopt commercial regulations to California, equivalent to the state of Arizona. In specific, this petition will raise the commercial speed limit and remove the violation point count. With this petition I would like to compare Arizona traffic statistics to the California SWITRS system. This would prove fact that this adjustment to California Highway Patrol and Department of Transportation, wouldn't increase negative traffic statistics.
