We appeal to President Barack Obama, US congressmen and senators from the Democratic and Republican parties to adopt the bill 2277 “Russian Aggression Prevention Act of 2014”.
Vladimir Putin and the Russian government have converted the Russian Federation into an instrument of commission of crimes. They have carried out aggression against Ukraine, where diversionists sent by them are murdering civilians and the military on a daily basis, seize hostages and subject them to torture.
Hesitation and indecision of democratic countries’ governments are more and more assuring the Russian leadership that everything is permitted to them. We are held fully liable for Ukraine and make every effort to stop the aggressor; but also we are asking all US authorities to support.
