Require all states use the Congressional District Method for the Electoral College and putting in place strict laws to avoid the gerrymandering and redistribution of "convenient" districts towards any one parties advantage. Review the plus 2 electoral votes for the majority candidate. Let the American vote represent America on an individual/district level than on a state level.
