Adopting a mandatory Electranet which enables people to sell electricity into the grid without any artificial caps will accomplish several goals: 1) Speed up the process of adoption of home-based energy generating systems; 2) Allow residents to earn extra income in this time of need; 3) increase the use of renewable energy and thus decrease the use of CO2 emitting energy creation; and 4) decrease the dependance on a grid system.
