Adopt the former 1933 recovery act which compliments of Rep. Maxine Waters HR 4405 Jubilee Act.

This bill would be similar to HR4405.
We have named "The 21st Century Recovery Act" which would forgive all citizens of their debt including consumer debts including fees, fines, taxes, mortgage payments, and debts owed to USA . We request expungement of all non violent criminal charges under Federal and State level that occurred within five (5) years and beyond, that would allow those offenders the opportunity to achieve gainful employment. This Recovery Act would provide for new employment opportunities by the administration . This Recovery Act will strengthen the American Economy and assist to pay down the national debt and provide a way for its citizens to achieve economic recovery and help stimulate the economy.
