No person’s rights, privileges, or access to public services should be denied or abridged solely because he or she is homeless. Such a person should be granted the same rights and privileges as any other citizen of the United States.
Please adopt a National Homeless Bill of Rights and Fairness in order to protect our most marginalized and vulnerable citizens.
