The act is intended to prevent lie's and give voters the truth before they vote!
The Act requires national candidates of any position to be present at a political fact check conference 20 days before voting. A fact check panel will be assembled and agreed upon by all candidates. The panel must include the following
1. An expert in the field of question.
2. 3 Volunteer CItizens.
3. 1 journalist.
All opinions are reported in writing, individually, with a final decision. True or False. A 50/50 split decision would be considered false.
The candidates would here the results at the conference at be permitted to respond to them. After the response the expert will be permitted to ask the candidate questions about his position.
