Adopt an "Opt-out" mindset and system when dealing with Organ donations

The need of lifesaving Organ transplants in the US and other first world nations greatly outweighs the legal sources of organ donation, to derail the exploitation of children and desperate men for illegally obtained Organs we must reconsider the way the U.S. looks at organ donation. By the end of this day 19 more people will have died waiting for organs. The desperation of People who need organs is fostering the black market of organ trade and transplant tourism in other nations. An Opt-out system of organ donation may not illuminate these issues, but it would serve as a starting point.
