My Commander in Chief,
Serving as an intel analyst in the U.S. Army I have come to identify what I believe to be a clear solution to global security issues. Having deployed and encountered first hand some of those that would choose to conduct terroristic attacks I've found a common flaw which I believe lends to their inability to resist being influenced by nefarious groups or individuals.
History tells us that uneducated masses are more easily influenced, have less opportunity to become contributing members of society, and have a greater propensity to turn to crime and violence.
If more was spent on educating than fighting this world would become a more peaceful place. Although it may take generations to correct I believe it possible. Something for the think tanks to mull over.
